Since the first day of this month, I decided to stop eating animals and I’ve been experimenting on different recipes. I’ve done my own version of mashed potatoes, chopsuey, and a lot of sandwiches and salads. This is my latest recipe, I call it: Awe-full. Cause it’s so good you just don’t feel some awe, (i.e. awesome) but full of it. :p
I combined the tomato sauce with stir fried tofu, red bell peppers, white onion, garlic, mushrooms, and basil leaves, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to taste. Bon appetit! :)
